We are looking to hire 2 Coaters Houston TX 77041, who will contribute to the production of high-quality coated parts in Houston, TX. As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for applying various coatings, interpreting drawings, operating equipment, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations in our facility. Coaters Houston TX 77041 Job Duties:

• Apply various coatings including Xylan, epoxy, air dry systems, and powder coatings.
• Interpret drawings to ensure accurate coating applications.
• Perform masking of parts for coating processes.
• Operate overhead crane to handle parts in the phosphate tank.
• Execute general shipping and receiving duties.
• Utilize forklifts and lifting devices for part movement.
• Maintain communication with supervisors, production control, quality, and other team members.
• Keep equipment and work area clean and perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Adhere to state and federal laws, ISO Quality Program, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Coaters Houston TX 77041 Requirements:

• Familiarity with coating applications and processes.
• At least 2 years experience in coating.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Must be able to be clean shaven for respirator fit test
• Experience with overhead crane operation preferred.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Basic math skills for material fabrication calculations.
• Must be able to work night shift, but train on the day shift. Nights: 1 pm to 9:30 pm. Days: 7 am to 3:30 pm
• Must be clean-shaven for respirator fit.
• Adaptable to changing work environments and able to work weekends as required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and adjusting focus as needed.

Location: Houston TX 77041

Pay: $23 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 1 pm – 9:30 pm. TRAIN ON DAYS Monday – Friday 7 am – 3:30 pm
