BRANCH MANAGER
Jordan Ramirez is the branch manager of the Snelling Staffing Katy location. She joined the team in 2014 as a customer service representative and grew within the business to now manage the Katy TX branch. Since her start with Snelling Staffing Katy, the branch has received numerous awards including outstanding office, safety award, office of the month, and many others, with her eye on continuous growth each year. Jordan prides herself on getting to know her clients and employees on a personal level and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those in our community. She also has a knack for coming up with creative solutions to the clients and employees alike. Jordan’s personal motto is “a day without laughter is a day wasted”.
When she is not in the office, Jordan likes to spend time with her husband and son, late nights watching scary movies, and early Saturday morning trips to Dutch Bros and Target.
Christina Young
SENIOR RECRUITER & DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
Christina Young is the senior recruiter and digital marketing specialist in the Snelling Staffing Katy location. She joined the team in 2021 as a customer service representative, and quickly moved to recruiting and digital marketing. Her creativity and love for working with people helped her excel in her role, which has led to the success of the Katy location. Christina consistently creates goals and benchmarks for herself, and truly wants to make a difference with her work. From clients to employees, Christina always provides personalized service and solutions for everyone. Her compassion and sense of humor make her easy to work with.
When Christina is not in the office, she likes to cozy up with a good book, hiking, adding to her house plant collection, gardening, and spending time with her family.
