Our company is seeking a Local CDL Driver Sealy TX with flatbed experience. The driver will be responsible for transporting a wide range of precast concrete, pipes and other precast structures.  The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of DOT regulations and have a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Local CDL Driver Sealy TX  Job duties:

• Loads are preloaded, and strapped. Check loads against paperwork.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with DOT regulations
• Complete delivery paperwork and log hours of service in compliance with DOT regulations
• Maintain communication with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and any potential issues
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the safety of cargo, fellow employees, and the public
• Maintain a clean and organized truck cab and trailer
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Local CDL Driver Sealy TX  Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be familiar with flatbeds and manual transmission
• On the job training available, no minimum experience
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret maps, routes, and driving directions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time while driving
• Ability to climb in and out of the truck cab and trailer
• Ability to lift and move heavy cargo, up to 50 lbs.
• MUST HAVE MEDICAL EXAMINERS CARD
• MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
• MUST HAVE A CURRENT AND VALID CDL LICENSE
• MUST PASS PRE-EMPLOYMENT DOT DRUG SCREENING AND PHYSICAL EXAM
  

  Location: Sealy, TX

  Pay: $18-20 DOE

  Shift: Monday – Friday 6 am – Finish (will include OT)
