Junior Recruiter Katy TX Job Duties:

• Support daily recruiting tasks including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Provide excellent customer service to job seekers and clients, building lasting relationships and trust
• Follow up with applicants, gather job requirements from clients, and ensure clear communication throughout the process
• Help maintain accurate candidate and client records and documentation in our system
• Handle phone calls, emails, and front desk responsibilities in a professional and welcoming manner
• Support job posting activities on various platforms with careful attention to detail
• Assist with onboarding tasks including screenings, orientations, and collecting required documentation
• Partner with the Branch Manager and recruiting team to ensure timely job placements
• Work with repeat clients and candidates, offering consistent support and updates
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and positive attitude with all contacts

Junior Recruiter Katy TX Requirements:

• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening
• No felonies on background
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably with repeat clients or customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—must be a people person
• Comfortable speaking on the phone, sending professional emails, and handling walk-in traffic
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
• Basic computer skills required (Word, Excel, Email)
• Bilingual a plus!

Location: Katy, TX 77493
Pay: $15-$17 DOE
Shift: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
