Digital Press Operator Katy Job Duties:

• Start digital press and inspect print quality for proper ink density, alignment, and registration
• Adjust machine settings during production runs to maintain color accuracy and alignment
• Follow safety procedures, including PPE usage and chemical handling protocols
• Help maintain a safe work environment for yourself and coworkers
• Meet productivity and waste reduction goals
• Read and interpret shop floor instructions, drawings, and paperwork
• Manage print materials, inks, and substrates efficiently
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Assist with other production tasks or departments as needed

Digital Press Operator Katy TX Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience operating digital printing presses and performing quality control checks
• Strong understanding of registration, color matching, and digital press functions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and solid math skills
• Clear communication and teamwork abilities
• Able to read and follow detailed written instructions
• Familiar with preventative maintenance practices
• Knowledge of plastic substrates preferred
• Must pass Ishihara Color Vision Test
• Willing to work 10-hour shifts, evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening

Location: Katy, TX
Pay: $15 day shift, $18 night shift
Shift: Monday – Friday  Day and Night shift available (Days 6a-3p) (Nights 2:30p-1:15a)
