Bilingual HR Director Katy TX Job Duties:

• Lead and manage a team of four HR professionals in daily operations and long-term initiatives
• Oversee internal recruiting efforts and manage third-party staffing relationships when needed
• Ensure organizational compliance with all federal, state, and local HR laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and personnel records systems
• Drive employee engagement through strategic culture-building events and activities
• Lead the annual benefits open enrollment process and manage vendor relationships, including plan design, negotiation, and employee communications
• Oversee employee training and development programs, including performance coaching and succession planning
• Provide data-driven analysis and HR metrics to executive leadership for strategic decision-making
• Develop and deliver communications regarding company policy changes and HR initiatives
• Facilitate change management initiatives with clear communication, employee support, and follow-through
• Conduct internal HR audits to ensure data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with executives on wage and salary reviews, ensuring fair and competitive compensation structures

Bilingual HR Director Katy TX Requirements:

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• HR leadership experience in both office and production environments is required
• Strong background in compliance, benefits administration, and employee engagement programs
• Proven track record of leading teams and working directly with executive leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; SHRM Certification preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, adaptable, and positive leadership style
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening
• No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever

Location: Katy, TX 77449
Pay: $140k-$150k yearly + Yearly Bonus
Shift: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm (some flexibility)
