Staffing Recruiter Katy TX Job Duties:

• Optimize efforts in meeting and exceeding client expectations by providing high-quality staffing services while assisting the Branch Manager in achieving financial goals through recruiting, screening, and placing highly qualified field team members.
• Develop and execute innovative recruitment plans to attract skilled and unskilled talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring satisfaction through timely and effective placement of field staff.
• Dominate the high-end industrial market in Katy TX through proactive business development and strategic recruiting efforts.
• Generate new business opportunities by visiting clients, making daily calls, and identifying leads through interviews, references, and field team member feedback.
• Process detailed job orders and fill client orders promptly, maintaining a focus on quality, safety, and client-specific requirements.
• Maintain compliance with operational standards by processing applications, conducting screenings, testing, reference checks, orientations, and maintaining accurate records for field team members, clients, and job orders.
• Route phone calls and emails efficiently, handling inquiries from both job seekers and clients.
• Participate in safety programs, risk management systems, and handle field staff counseling as needed.
• Complete daily administrative tasks, maintain client and field team member files.
• Create and manage postings on various job boards, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Staffing Recruiter Katy TX Requirements:

• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening
• Background check requires no felonies
• Graduation from an accredited senior high school or GED equivalent
• Two to three years of consistent employment in light industry or two years of customer service experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent multitasking abilities and strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with office software
• Good communication skills, and strong listening skills
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• Bilingual preferred
