Project Manager Katy TX Job Duties:

• Plan and execute in-store marketing programs while aligning timelines, budgets, and resources
• Track project milestones and deliverables, then proactively report progress to clients and internal stakeholders
• Communicate with clients to gather feedback, provide updates, and maintain strong relationships
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between creative, production, and logistics to ensure flawless execution
• Monitor inventory levels, manage fulfillment details, and resolve shipment issues swiftly
• Maintain accurate data in project tracking systems and compile status reports for leadership
• Identify risks early and troubleshoot obstacles to keep projects on schedule and within scope
• Support the Program Director by preparing meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups
• Cultivate positive teamwork and foster continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment

Project Manager Katy TX Requirements:

• One to three years of experience in project coordination, account management, or marketing operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to solve problems quickly
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, organizational savvy, and follow-through on every task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook, with familiarity in SharePoint or Workfront considered a plus
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for client service and collaboration
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in business or marketing
• Ability to travel occasionally and pass a color-vision assessment when applicable
• No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening

Location: Katy, TX
Pay: $50,000 per year
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6AM to 3PM
