Construction Project Manager Tomball TX Job Duties:

• Manage start-to-finish construction of greenfield industrial facilities
• Plan site development, permitting, construction phases, and deadlines
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, and consultants throughout project
• Control budgets, create cost estimates, and track project spending
• Oversee labor, materials, and equipment across all stages
• Ensure safety, compliance, and building code adherence
• Handle contracts, negotiations, and risk management
• Report updates to clients and address any issues promptly
• Lead vendor coordination and improve project workflows
• Deliver projects on time while maintaining quality standards

Construction Project Manager Tomball TX Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
• 10+ years’ experience with industrial or manufacturing construction
• PMP, CCM, or PgMP certification preferred
• Proven skills in budgeting, scheduling, and risk control
• Strong understanding of codes, permitting, and contracts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software
• Excellent leadership, time management, and communication
• Able to travel regionally and occasionally internationally
• Must have valid driver’s license and own transportation
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
• No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever

Location: Tomball, TX
Pay: $115,000–$130,000 per year, depending on experience
