Machine Operator East Bernard TX Job Duties:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring machines used in the production of commercial lamp posts

• Ensuring machines run efficiently by performing routine checks and adjustments

• Reading blueprints, work orders, and job specifications to ensure accurate production

• Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards

• Performing basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning machines and replacing worn parts

• Troubleshooting machine issues and notifying maintenance personnel as needed

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following all safety procedures

• Keeping accurate records of production output, downtime, and quality issues

• Working closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

• Adapting to changes in production schedules and priorities with flexibility and a positive attitude

Machine Operator East Bernard TX Job Requirements

• 1+ year of experience operating manufacturing machinery (metal or industrial products preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Basic math and measurement skills to verify part specifications

• Willingness to work in a hot, noisy industrial environment and stand for extended periods

• Must pass pre-employment drug screening

• No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance are essential

• Team-player mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the company

Location: East Bernard, TX 77435

Pay: $14-$16 depending on experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7 am – 3:30 pm, hours can vary
