Part Time Building Maintenance Katy TX – Job Duties

• Perform general upkeep and light repairs throughout the facility
• Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness in work areas and common spaces
• Clean and restock restrooms with paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
• Conduct routine inspections of the building for maintenance needs
• Replace light bulbs and perform minor electrical fixes
• Assist with minor plumbing repairs, such as unclogging drains or fixing leaks
• Report larger maintenance issues that require professional service
• Ensure walkways and entryways are clean and hazard-free
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

Part Time Building Maintenance Katy, TX – Requirements

• Previous experience in building maintenance, janitorial work, or handyman services
• No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies at any time
• Must have valid driver’s license and clear driving record
• Ability to perform minor plumbing, electrical, and repair tasks
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working with cleaning supplies and maintenance tools
• Ability to lift and move moderate weights as needed
• Basic knowledge of building safety and maintenance best practices
• Ability to follow schedules and prioritize tasks effectively

Location: Katy, TX 77449

Pay: $19-$21 hourly

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 12:30 pm
