Sales Representative Houston Tx Duties:

• Review customer RFQs and coordinate with Engineering to prepare accurate quotes

• Collaborate with Customer Service Manager to complete and submit quotations

• Manage order entry, delivery coordination, documentation, and special customer requirements

• Work with onsite or vendor personnel to pull parts, cross-reference item descriptions, and process orders

• Expedite orders by communicating with vendors to meet tight deadlines

• Attend customer production and engineering meetings as needed and follow up accordingly

• Support the sales team throughout the quote-to-delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain organized and accurate records of quotes, orders, and communications

Sales Representative Houston Tx Responsibilities:

• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP/order entry systems

• Excellent communication, time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities

• Previous experience in sales support or customer service in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred

• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal departments

• Oil & Gas industry experience is a strong plus

• Comfortable representing the company in customer-facing meetings and cross-functional settings

• No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever.

Location: Houston Tx 77035

Pay: $22 DOE per hour

Shift: Monday thru Friday

8AM – 5PM or 7AM – 4 PM
